From the receipt of all your documents, we review your individual circumstance to match you with lenders best suited to you. We then get a pre-approval application in with the lender - turnaround times vary between lenders but we should have pre-approval with a couple of weeks.
Depending on your visa situation, there are options with various schemes that we can utilise. There is a scheme with a 2% deposit, one with a 5% deposit. We match you to the best suited one based on your circumstances.
The schemes are aimed at first home buyers. If you already own a home and are looking at building wealth, we discuss your options and provide tailored guidance for this too.
After our Discovery Call, we will send you a link to the "Middle" portal where you will complete your personal information and upload your required documents. This is a safe and secure way of providing your documents. This portal will have a list of documents applicable to your situation. In most cases, we require ID docs, payslips/tax returns and bank statements.
As your broker, we will conduct a "soft check" on your credit file. In most cases, if this is your first ever applicaiton, a new credit file will be created on application for pre-approval with the lender chosen. Whilst credit history is a part of the home loan journey, we will ensure we guide you accurately based on your circumstances.
We send you an invite to our "Middle" portal where you complete information and upload required documents for us to review so that we can provide tailored guidance on next steps.
